Plug Summit into
your tenant inbox.
Summit reads tenant emails by receiving forwarded copies — so your tenants keep emailing your existing address, and a copy gets routed to your AI agent. Three steps, about 5 minutes per inbox. Multi-property operators: scroll down for bulk-import tips.
Copy this address.
This is YOUR unique routing address. Anything sent here lands in your Summit account and gets read by the agent. Don't share it publicly — it's how Summit knows traffic belongs to you.

Send a real email to confirm.
Send any email from any address (your phone, a friend, anywhere) to your real tenant inbox — the one you just set up forwarding from. Subject can be anything. We'll watch for it to arrive in Summit. This verifies the actual forwarding plumbing, not just a synthetic test.
Sometimes provider forwarding takes 30–60 seconds to propagate the first time. If nothing arrives after 5 minutes, double-check the forwarding rule is enabled and the destination address matches Step 1.
