• Billing information — payment details are processed by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and subscription status, not your full card number.
• Service data — information you input into the Service, such as property records, tenant information, maintenance requests, and conversations with the AI agent.
• Usage data — log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, security notifications).
• To improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers process limited data on our behalf:

• Anthropic — powers the AI agent. Conversation content you send to the AI is processed by Anthropic.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Twilio — SMS notifications (if enabled for your account).
• Email/SMTP provider — transactional emails.
• Railway — application hosting.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party providers listed above, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
